HOW TO CROCHET: Patriotic Dishcloth. Slow, thorough, step-by-step tutorial for beginning crocheters. US crochet terminology.

These colors evoke images of fireworks, lemonade, and watermelon! Celebrate any occasion with this easy, quick project. Makes a great gift for yourself or someone else.

I’ve divided this tutorial into two separate videos: Part 1  and Part 2.

Part 1 includes a section on “Single Crochet Tips and Tricks,” working back and forth in rows, counting stitches, and more.

Part 2 covers changing colors, carrying yarn, and the invisible join (aka needle join).

Both videos list timestamps in the description field, so you can easily move around from place to place in the video.
