– Wrote my first crochet pattern, the Rainbow Granny Tote, and published it on Ravelry as a free download. I saw it was downloaded hundreds of times, which prompted me to get serious about pattern writing. Had the pattern tested and, as a result of excellent feedback from my testers, re-vamped the entire pattern. The upgraded pattern is available for purchase in my Ravelry store.
– Traveled in a minivan across the US through several states, visiting relatives and exploring our lovely country. As of September 2015, enjoying an extended stay with a generous relative on her farm in a rural area near Kansas City. I love creating crochet designs, writing patterns, and having them tested. I also love teaching others to crochet. This is the most fun I’ve had in years!
– Published several patterns in 2016 and started using a tech editor. She’s worth her weight in gold.
– Working on more snowflake hexagon patterns. Came out of retirement and got a part-time job in a medical office.
– Still crochet designing. Moved from Colorado to Kansas in March, to be nearer to elderly mother. Went back into retirement.
– Still designing crochet patterns. As of March 12, I have no published 26 patterns. Crochet keeps me sane!
