This downloadable, printable pattern is available in my Etsy shop.
A lacy crocheted square for shawls, throws, pillow overlays, curtains, or afghans. This pattern is called “Five Diamonds” because, no matter which way it’s turned, there are five diamonds (or squares), one within another, in the center of the square. This is a “sister” pattern to the “Five Diamonds Granny Square I,” which produces a 10-inch square using a K (6.5 mm) hook.
You may stop after Round 7 for a 9-inch square.
