Great project for getting your feet wet with Tunisian crochet! These coasters are small enough that they can be worked with a regular crochet hook. A Tunisian crochet hook is not required.
The written pattern is 4 pages long, with charts/diagrams, text, and photos. There is also a related, 32-minute FREE video tutorial that shows the entire process from start to finish.
This coaster is actually a glorified gauge swatch that will enable you to make a perfect square, with no wonky edges, when you work the “Tunisian Pinwheel Square” pattern in my Etsy store.
